Taping and strapping can aid recovery of joint pain, injuries, and assist injury prevention.
Taping can be split into categories to help with recovery from an acute or chronic injury, aiding in stabilising the area reducing bruising and swelling and helping minimise pain. This may also be used pre, during or post competition to help with muscular function.
Common taping used in the clinic is Kinesiology Tape.
